Frosts Successfully Completes Server Build and Installation for Client’s Document Management Software

This was a unique client project!

We were tasked with building and installing a virtual server to host a client’s new document management software solution.

The project involved close coordination with a third-party vendor to ensure the virtual server was built to the required specifications.

In addition, the server needed to be fully configured for handover, including the setup of admin users and service accounts.

Since completion and handover, we have continued to monitor the server’s performance to ensure high availability, maintain hardware health, and proactively detect any potential faults.
