One of our clients recently required complete Wi-Fi coverage in their warehousing area, which houses their goods-inward and raw material departments.
This area contains warehouse racking bays storing dense products, making it challenging to identify the best locations for delivering full Wi-Fi coverage. Since all warehouse aisles required complete Wi-Fi coverage, a thorough survey was essential.

To determine the best locations for Wi-Fi access points, we commissioned a survey with the support of the access point manufacturer. This allowed us to pinpoint the access points for maximum connectivity.
As a result, 12 new Wi-Fi units were installed, providing complete coverage throughout the warehousing area.
Darren comments โThis projectโs specification and installation were completed in a live working environment with minimal disruption, allowing our customer to maintain normal business operations. It was a challenging connectivity project, but Iโm delighted that we successfully met our clientโs needs for full Wi-Fi coverage in their warehouse area.โย
Itโs been great collaborating with our partner, Netlinx to ensure that all working-at-height procedures were carried out safely.
